What is your home building process?

Our process is streamlined into five phases:

  • Consultation & Planning – Understanding your vision and needs
  • Design & Approval – Custom plans, permits, and HOA coordination
  • Site Preparation & Foundation – Grading, excavation, and foundation work
  • Construction & Finishes – Framing, utilities, and interior/exterior finishes
  • Final Walkthrough & Handover – Ensuring every detail meets our quality standards

Do you handle design as well as construction?

Yes. We offer design-build services, meaning we coordinate everything from architectural planning to the final details. Keeping design and construction under one team helps the process stay coordinated and the home match your vision.

Can you help with permits and zoning approvals?

Yes. We can help coordinate permit applications, zoning reviews, and HOA submittals so you can focus on the design decisions. Requirements depend on the property, the project and the local authority, which makes the final determinations.

How much does it cost to build a custom home in Utah?

Costs vary depending on size, materials, finishes and site conditions. We provide a detailed estimate after your consultation.

What is an ADU and do you build them?

An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a secondary housing unit on your property. We build detached ADUs, attached ADUs, garage conversions, and basement apartments, subject to what local rules allow for the property.

Can I choose my own finishes and fixtures?
